I'm Jeff Armstrong, owner of Embroidery Concepts. I've spent 27 years as an embroidery machine technician and operator — repairing Barudan, Tajima, SWF, and Chinese brands including RiComa, BAI, Avance, and Highland. I also spent time refurbishing Barudan embroidery machines to like-new condition. I digitize all my own designs using Wilcom Designer, which means I control every stitch from concept to finished product. When you bring your order to me, you're not handing it off to someone who just runs a machine — you're working with someone who knows that machine inside and out because I've spent decades repairing them.
